Pricing
All the prices shown on this website are in New Zealand Dollars. Our prices from this website can differ from the prices at the store, and are subject to change without notice.

Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders.

Delivery Policy
 We endeavor to dispatch packages for stock items as soon as referenced payments are cleared.

 All goods are sent via a 'Signature required courier' so you must provide a physical address where someone is available during the day to sign for your delivery.

We cannot deliver to a PO Box address or any address in which we deem suspicious.

Please allow us up to 3 working days to process your transaction and send the goods. If the order is urgent, please follow up the order with a phone call.

We take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address. Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the stated delivery times are kept, due to variables outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive as per the stated delivery times.

Goods ordered on Friday (after 1pm), Saturday and Sunday will only be shipped on Monday.

If a parcel is not received within 5 working days from the shipment date, we need to be notified immediately; otherwise we take no responsibility for the loss of the item. Please be aware that items are not delivered / processed on weekends or public holidays.

If the item is not in stock, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as we possibly can and organize for a suitable solution.

 

Lay-by Option
Lay-by options are available through our store. Lay-by items are held for 8 weeks from the date of purchase. The minimum deposit is 20%, and the final payment must be made within 8 weeks. If final payment is not completed within the 8 weeks, the item will be returned to stock, and the deposit is non-refundable.

 

 

Warranty & Repair

All our products carry a 12 Months manufacturer warranty excluding the parts for repair and accessories listed below. Consumable parts and accessories including Batteries, Chargers, Headsets, cables, memory cards etc. and all repair parts carry a 60 days warranty. Tech Solution will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act.

Return to base warranty; all faulty products should be returned to the store with original receipt or a copy of the receipt, as proof of purchase is a must to be able to access the warranty. We will repair all items if possible, however if a repair is not possible we will arrange for a replacement unit of similar specifications, and the warranty will carry on from the initial date of purchase. The warranty repair process can take 7-15 working days or longer depending on parts availability.

The Warranty may not apply if the device has any sign of liquid/moisture damage or physical damage. The device should not have any evidence of repair or tampering by anyone apart from Tech Solution. Any fault caused by , installation of third party software/applications or bootloader unlocking or otherwise will not be covered under warranty.

 

Data Loss warning; Customers are advised to backup all data and reset the device to factory settings prior to bringing them in for repairs. Tech Solution will not be liable for any data loss or changes in settings during the warranty repair process.

Claim period after repair; all devices must be collected within three months of being notified about repair completion. Tech Solution will not be responsible for the device if not collected within claim period.

Privacy policy

Tech Solution has this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to protecting your privacy. We recognize that your personal information is confidential and hence use special encryption certificate to make sure your personal and payment details are secure with us. This policy ensures that your details cannot be accessed by anyone outside the Tech Solution team.

(All images on our website are for reference purposes only). If you are unsure as to an items color etc. or would prefer a specific color, please call or email prior to placing your order.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer on certain items that may be on special. We will attempt to place a note on the items concerned; however we reserve the right to cancel orders placed on limited items.

If you are unsure as to whether an item will suit your needs or not, please contact us before purchasing. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item will suit their needs and an verbal advice given by Tech Solution staff should be followed up by further research and due diligence by the customer.

Changes to these terms and conditions
For future orders, these terms may be different and so we recommend that you read these terms carefully each time you agree to them during the ordering process.

We will not change any terms and conditions for an existing order that has been accepted by us, the terms and conditions that will apply to the order, are the terms and conditions that applied at the time you place your order.
